Eye Irritation and Headache

I am getting headache these past few days because of over exposure to the computer screen. During my free time in the  office, I usually update my blogs or read anything online. I am a wide reader. I think constant exposure to CRT also causes my eyes to irritate. Earlier, I bought a pair of eyeglasses that protects the eyes from UV exposure, I guess it will also be good when I read online. Furthermore, I may not need to wear my sunglasses anymore when walking under the sun. Hang on, I will just try my new eyeglasses.

    I guess that it is better for you if you buy a screen protector for your CRT to protect your eyes. Better yet, buy LCD monitor for your PC.
